Processing time and time you receive e-Visa by email
1. Emergency: in 15 minutes (available 24/7):
- You will receive your e-Visa within 15 minutes 24/7, including Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
2. Super urgent 1 working hour:
- You will receive your e-Visa in 1 hour. From Monday to Friday.
3. Urgent 4 working hours:
- In the Morning: Apply and pay before 8:30AM. You will receive your e-Visa at 11:30AM the same day. From Monday to Friday.
- In the Afternoon: Apply and pay before 2:30PM You will receive your e-Visa at 5:30PM the same day. From Monday to Friday.
4. Urgent 8 working hours:
- In the Morning: Apply and pay before 9:30AM. You will receive your e-Visa at 5:30PM the same day. From Monday to Friday.
- In the Afternoon: Apply and pay before 4:30PM. You will receive your e-Visa 11:30AM the next working day. From Monday to Friday.
5. Urgent 2 working days:
- Apply and pay before 2:00PM. You will receive your e-Visa at 5:30PM the next working day. From Monday to Friday.
6. Normal 5 working days:
- You will receive your e-Visa in 3 to 5 working days. From Monday to Friday.
